Information received from buyers or suppliers about any suspicious user although no direct complaint received against user yet:-

  • Conflict team cross-validate and verify the supplier's credentials carefully.
  • If conflict team find anything suspicious then they immediately block the said users listings/ advertisements/ services from IndiaMART page and other associated portals and inform the reporter for the same with thanks note.
